I’m currently feeling very free and happy to be back home in LA. After a grueling, 5 weeks of filming the reality show ‘Tight’ with an all girl, porn star rock band. We first stayed in Vegas in a house with one bedroom and one bathroom, for 12 days. It was disgusting how quickly the house turned into filth! And no, it was not my doing, as I am a clean/neat freak! When we arrived, we were told we had 5 days to rehearse before our first 3 gigs, though not every day was spent rehearsing, as we had a lot of other stuff to film, including the hardcore scenes for Adam and Eve’s DVD version of the show.

The first few episodes will show me in a bad light, as I didn’t agree with the way certain things were being done, I didn’t like most of the songs, and I was being realistic rather than optimistic, on top of all that, I ended up getting really sick (and no-one, except Alicia the drummer, believed me) – which dragged on the entire tour, but I got through it anyway, and still rocked out to the best of my ability!

However, I did turn my attitude around by the time the tour started, as I had seen a doctor, got some much needed anti-biotics and I had got used to everything by that stage. I decided to just suck it up, deal with the drama, and rock the songs in my own style, rather than hate on them. Although the guitarist Layla, would not tune down to my key on certain songs, thinking she knew everything, which made things quite difficult for me. Not to mention dealing with bad attitudes and immaturity (the youngest girls were 19 and 20).

The cities visited on our tour were Denver, Santa Fe, Phoenix, back to Vegas then LA. Of course, no reality show would be complete without total drama! The camper van we traveled in was horrendous, there’s no way anyone could sleep in that thing, so tiny and crammed, very old. Some of the gigs were just terrible, whether it be the venues, or the fact that were weren’t prepared, and needed a lot more rehearsal time. The one place we really rocked, was ’Aces and Ales’ in Vegas, owned by Alice Coopers guitarist, Kerri Kelly. We played a great version of Poison that night.

I’m not going to go into too much detail, though I have kept blogs on the whole tour, for a special write up somewhere – will let you know when that is available in the future. All I can say is, there was at least one occasion where I lost it on Layla and Tuesday – the bass player, for being bitches and talking shit about me. No I did not hit anyone, I refrained from doing so and walked away before things got really ugly. Though Alicia on the other hand, did end up slapping Layla later on down the road, for her own personal reasons, which was awesome!

So to sum it all up, the show consists of Sex, Drama and Rock n’ Roll. It’s definitely going to be worth watching when it comes out. Not sure of the network yet, as the producers are going to edit it themselves and shop it around when finished. Will keep you all informed!

So right now, I am enjoying some much needed time off, after filming 35 days, a lot of 14hr days. I’m trying to take a mini vacation, but things keep coming up, perhaps a couple of days next week by the beach! I’m currently catching up on emails and phone calls, and have spoilt myself a little with a new bed, TV and a trip to the day spa! Can’t wait to get back into hiking and my healthy lifestyle. No more crap food from the road!

I really celebrated on the long weekend, hitting up a couple of hotspots in Hollywood. And had a farewell party on Wed night, as my best friends are moving back to OZ. Very sad. I think I’m going to take it easy this weekend, although, you never know what may happen!

Feels like forever since I’ve blogged. I guess my mind has been busy elsewhere, being the little entrepreneur that I am these days. I am filled with anxiety and excitement, hoping that it will be a number one seller. According to everyone who has read the book so far, it’s a hit! And it’s a total dream for me to actually be listed on the Random House website as an ‘Author’. I’ve been writing my whole life, and never thought that I would actually end up writing a book to be published by one of the biggest publishers in the world! Though its only available in Australia so far, however, we are working on getting US and European rights to publish overseas.

And to top all that off, I actually have a 6 page spread and story, out in Marie Claire Australia Nov issue! I’m very happy with the way it came out, and the photos are amazing, so old Hollywood glam. Lets hope the media are kind to me when I go back to Australia in a couple of weeks.

My lingerie line is coming along, it’s just a matter of getting my ideas across, and making sure everything is exactly the way I picture it. It’s a lot of work, and also a lot of fun. I’m in no rush at all to get this project finished, I wouldn’t want to put my name and approval on anything that I wasn’t 100% happy with.

I’ve been madly researching health and nutrition lately, to the point where, I may even write my own cookbook – don’t quote me on that, it could take years at this rate! But it’s very interesting, some of the things I’m learning, and I’m actually putting together meal plans for myself, which pretty much takes a whole day to create, talk about tedious work! But it’s all worth it to feel super fit and happy with yourself. I’ve always been somewhat of a health and fitness freak, but I’m taking it to the next level now!

Aside from running around like a mad woman, organizing 50 different things before I go to Australia for my big tour, I’m actually going back in the studio this Friday to finish up a couple of songs. I’ve decided to do everything on my own, including starting my own record label. Yes, I know, I’m crazy taking on all this work, but hey, if you want something done right and immediately, you’ve got to take matters into your own hands! okay, so first, I drive all the way to Orange County for one of my best friends birthdays on saturday, only for him to get arrested and put in jail before i even get a chance to see him, for something that happened 6 years ago that never got resolved, cause he’s been sober for 2 years now, so it wasnt a dui or anything like that. I ended up driving back home to LA, sober of course.

Then, as I spent the rest of my weekend, preparing to go on a last minute shoot in Florida – yes folks, it takes alot of prep before a shoot, tanning, gym, nails, hair, laundry, picking out outfits, packing, getting your STD test, having someone take care of my spoilt kitty ’smokey’ while i’m away, and I like to clean the house spotless so its nice and relaxing when I get home.

Well, I just got back from the airport, after checking in, going through LAX security – which is never a breeze, hanging out at the gate for 2 hrs, the flight was at 10.30pm. They didn’t announce to us until 11pm that the flight is delayed till 8am! WTF! My call time for the shoot is 8am in FL, so there goes that job. Along with the PA dance gig I lost this week due to the club losing money recently because of current economic conditions. So I feel your pain people! Dont think this crisis is not affecting the porn industry too!

Anyway, I requested they fly me out the night before and put me up in a hotel, (cause you know, I’m a pisces and intuitive/psychic to a degree, I knew something like this would happen) but apparently they weren’t too concerned whether or not I had any sleep the night before the shoot – I mean really, who sleeps well on a plane, and its only a 5hr flight, so realistically, i would have maybe had 3hrs sleep, if any sleep at all.

Wow, the things we do for porn huh! So we’ll see what happens this week, and I’ll keep you updated on the juicy details. Speaking of juicy, my friend brought over some hot Swedish rocker lookin boy before I left. Damnnn, and I was not exactly looking hot at the time, she didn’t warn me damn it! lol. I’m sorry to all the clean cut, non-tattooed, non pierced, non dark/colored hair rocker lookin boys out there, with their dark clothes and studded accessories, but holy fuck, that is such a turn on for me!!! Dont get me wrong, I like normal boys sometimes, but mostly, you gotta look bad-ass and luv to rock out with me!

wow how time flies. Its been kind of a hectic week or so for me. I feel like I’m in Law school, all the research I’ve been doing about a situation that has just got way out of hand. Dont ever trust anyone in LA, even if your referred to someone by a bunch of different friends – do not trust anyone!!!

I’ve also been editing my book, which actually takes alot of time. Cause you dont want to say the wrong thing, and I have to make sure all the facts are straight. I’m going over chapter 8 this weekend! I think I have 4 more chapters to go now.

It feels like forever since I’ve gone out on the town and let loose. But taking care of business is more important than partying these days. Cant wait for Halloween! Not sure which party to go to, but the Playboy Mansion sounds pretty damn good.

I shot another ‘wife switch’ scene, my 3rd one for Pink Visual. This time, we had a game of Naked Twister, with myself and Lexi Love. My scene was with Rocco Reed, who was actually really hot. It’s always great to work with someone new.

Gotta run and get my hair done right now, then I’m off to one of my best friends’ birthdays in Orange County.
